We are seeking a versatile and experienced professional to support our team as a Graphic Designer and Full Stack Web Developer. This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise and creative flair. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building and maintaining web applications, creating visually appealing graphics, and effectively using third-party web applications such as ClickFunnels, HubSpot, Jotform, Zapier, Notion, JustCall, and Dubb. Experience creating, producing, and editing online videos is a very valuable plus.
Graphic Design
- Visual Design
- Create high-quality graphics, including social media content, banners, infographics, and social media content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Develop and maintain consistent branding across digital and print media.
- Design user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications.
- Creative Projects
- Work closely with the leadership to produce engaging visual content for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Conceptualize and design marketing assets aligned with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
Third-Party Application Management
- ClickFunnels
- Build and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and marketing automation within ClickFunnels.
- Monitor and analyze funnel performance to improve conversion rates.
- HubSpot
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM for lead management, email marketing, and sales processes.
- Integrate HubSpot with these other tools and platforms to streamline operations.
- Jotform
- Build and design forms and surveys using Jotform's drag-and-drop form builder.
- Collect registrations, applications, and orders through custom forms.
- Implement conditional logic, generate reports, and automate workflows to optimize data collection and processing
- Zapier
- Automate workflows by connecting various applications with Zapier's integration platform.
- Create Zaps to trigger actions and streamline repetitive tasks between different apps.
- Monitor and manage the performance of integrations to ensure smooth operations across systems.
- JustCall
- Utilize JustCall for handling and managing communications, including call tracking and analytics.
- Maintain and improve JustCall integration with Hubspot and other tools for enhanced customer interaction.
Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree not required but related job experience will be considered.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack web development, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proven experience in graphic design using all Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Hands-on experience with ClickFunnels, HubSpot, Zapier, are a must.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web development, graphic design and print projects.

- Ability to design responsive web layouts and mobile interfaces.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with server-side languages and frameworks (Node.js, Python, etc.).
- Knowledge of database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with API integration and web services.
Work Role & Location
The ideal candidate would see this role as temporarily a part-time freelancing role that may grow into a full-time position. We will only entertain candidates who will accept this role as independent contractor for the foreseeable future.
Compensation Range
The hourly wage for this position is set between $22.50 and $28.40. The final offer will be determined by various factors, including the candidate's experience, expertise, and the latest market data. The actual compensation may be adjusted if the hired candidate has more or less experience than initially specified in the job description.
