We're hiring: Technical Writer / Proofreader (Medical Device & IVD)
Soho Square Solutions is looking for a Technical Writer / Proofreader to own our product labeling and technical documentation for medical device and IVD products.
You'll create, edit, proofread, and maintain documentation that's accurate, compliant, and consistent with our brand. You'll work directly with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Operations to get labeling right across the full product lifecycle.
What you'll do:
- Write and edit regulatory-compliant labeling and technical documentation for medical device/IVD products
- Proofread for accuracy, clarity, and compliance before release
- Maintain documentation within QMS requirements and global regulatory standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to keep documentation aligned with product changes
- Control document versions and ensure traceability throughout the product lifecycle
What we're looking for:
- Experience writing or editing technical/regulatory documentation, ideally in medical device or IVD
- Working knowledge of QMS processes and global labeling regulations
- Sharp attention to detail and strong editing skills
- Comfort working across regulatory, quality, and commercial teams
