Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Writing, Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of copywriting experience that brings a unique voice, perspective, and exceptional storytelling instincts.
- Experience creating content that feels fresh, clever, and culturally relevant rather than overly corporate.

Position Summary
The Digital Copywriter will support the Digital Creative Studio by creating and adapting consumer-facing content across digital channels, including web, app, email. This role will help shape how content lives across owned experiences by applying digital copy standards, voice and tone guidance, content hierarchy, and storytelling best practices. The ideal candidate combines strong writing craft with digital expertise and can quickly translate briefs, business needs, and existing creative into compelling consumer copy. The role supports digital standards development, quick-turn sport reactive needs, and UX-informed content execution across the digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Write and adapt consumer-facing copy across web, app, email.
- Translate briefs, business objectives, and brand narratives into clear, compelling digital copy.
- Support the development and application of digital copy standards, voice and tone guidelines, and content best practices.
- Partner closely with designers, art directors, producers, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring digital experiences to life.
- Create content that supports customer journeys, user experience, and channel-specific needs.
- Execute quick-turn copy adaptations and digital production requests while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Present and explain copy choices, content strategy, and messaging recommendations to stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback effectively while maintaining brand voice and digital best practices.
- Contribute to playbooks, templates, and examples that improve consistency across digital experiences.
