Job Title: Communications Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a communications professional to help shape clear, compelling storytelling around innovation, design, and product creation. Our team is looking for someone who can translate complex research and technical work into engaging narratives that support high-visibility initiatives and strengthen the company’s global message.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a core connection point between Global Communications and innovation, design, product, research, and leadership teams.
- Develop and execute communications plans that support innovation platforms, performance technologies, and product breakthroughs.
- Translate athlete insight, sport science, materials research, and engineering work into clear stories for internal and external audiences.
- Build messaging frameworks, content plans, decks, and storytelling tools while supporting timelines, stakeholder communications, and key moments tied to innovation milestones.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or an acceptable combination of education, experience, and training.
- 3-5 years of experience in communications, product, innovation, or science-driven storytelling, preferably with a global brand or agency.
- Strong writing, editing, presentation, and research skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice for different audiences.
- Understanding of innovation, design, and product creation processes, plus confidence partnering with technical experts, creatives, and senior leaders in a highly matrixed environment.
