Job Summary
- Client is seeking an experienced AI Product Designer to design and deliver AI-powered digital experiences that leverage Generative AI, LLMs, intelligent agents, and data-driven workflows. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Product Managers, AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Stakeholders to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centric AI products for healthcare and life sciences use cases.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI-powered product experiences, from concept to production.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Design conversational AI, Copilot experiences, chat interfaces, and AI agent workflows.
- Translate complex healthcare and business processes into intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to design experiences around LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and predictive analytics.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations.
- Define UX standards and contribute to design systems and component libraries.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Present and communicate design solutions to executives and stakeholders.
- Ensure accessibility, compliance, and user trust in AI solutions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Product Design experience.
- Strong expertise in Figma, Design Systems, Prototyping, and User Research.
- Experience designing AI/GenAI products.
- Knowledge of:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Generative AI
- AI Agents
- Prompt Engineering
- RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
- Conversational UX
- Experience working with Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven or data-intensive products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Healthcare, Pharma, Life Sciences, or Clinical domain experience.
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and compliance.
- Experience with React, HTML/CSS, or front-end prototyping.
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, GPT models, Copilot, Claude, or Gemini.
- Experience designing enterprise SaaS platforms.
