The founding team comes from Instagram, TikTok, and NVIDIA. They're backed by Khosla Ventures, Air Street Capital, and prominent angels from DeepMind and Vercel.
Now they're preparing to launch publicly — and they're looking for their first dedicated growth hire to build the engine behind it.
The product is already showing strong early traction: $5K/month customer contracts and 100% renewal rates, in a market where competitors are generating $300M+ annually.

The Role
As the Growth Lead, you'll own the company's growth strategy across paid acquisition, organic growth, creative, experimentation, and lifecycle marketing.
You'll work directly with the founders, Sales, Engineering, and a dedicated content creator to turn a proven product into a scalable acquisition engine.
What You'll Do
- Own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social channels
- Build the growth engine from scratch — strategy, infrastructure, experimentation, and execution
- Design and run experiments across ads, landing pages, messaging, audiences, and creative
- Drive organic growth through SEO, AEO, email, and lifecycle marketing
- Track budgets, CAC, ROAS, payback, and channel-level performance
- Partner with Sales and Engineering around product launches and pipeline goals
- Use Claude, ChatGPT, and AI/agentic tools to accelerate campaign creation and optimization
- Work with the creative team to develop high-performing content and campaigns
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of growth, performance, or demand-generation marketing experience
- Proven track record scaling paid acquisition with measurable results
- Hands-on experience with channels such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, SEO/AEO
- Experience at an early-stage, high-growth startup, ideally Seed–Series A
- Able to speak to actual performance metrics — budgets, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and growth
- Highly proficient with Claude, ChatGPT, and modern AI/agentic tools
- Excellent copywriting and messaging instincts
- Comfortable building without a playbook and getting hands-on
- Experience marketing to consumer brands, SaaS, AI, creative, or media is a plus
- Based in the SF Bay Area
