Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Paid Social Specialist on a 6-12+ month contract basis with a primary focus on LinkedIn to join their dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for spearheading the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of global paid social campaigns, ensuring they align seamlessly with business objectives and deliver measurable results. Working closely with internal marketing stakeholders and an external agency partner, you will manage day-to-day campaign operations, leveraging your deep expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other social platforms. Your strategic insight will help optimize audience targeting, creative testing, lead generation, and campaign performance across multiple markets and stakeholder groups. This role demands a proactive, collaborative professional capable of taking full ownership of campaign activities, fostering continuous improvement, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations that enhance overall media effectiveness.
Compensation: $70-$72/hr*

Responsibilities
- Lead global paid social campaigns, particularly LinkedIn, overseeing strategy, activation, creative, audience targeting, budgets, tracking, optimization, and reporting in partnership with external agencies.
- Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives, ensure best-practice execution and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement through testing and data-driven optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and share platform and industry best practices to strengthen organizational capabilities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in paid social, digital media, or performance marketing, preferably in financial services, asset management, or another regulated industry, with deep expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and global, multi-market campaigns.
- Strong agency management, project management, analytical, and communication skills, with experience in campaign briefs, audience segmentation, media planning, performance reporting, and quality control.
- Proficiency with campaign tracking, UTM parameters, conversion pixels, Google Analytics, Tableau, and reporting dashboards; bachelor’s degree required, with LinkedIn or other paid media certifications preferred.
- Experience managing campaigns across different regions, languages, and regulatory environments is a plus.
