We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to support the development and execution of creative work across a portfolio of companies. This position will partner closely with both marketing and technology teams while reporting to the Director of Marketing.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded designer who can independently move projects from an initial concept through final delivery. This role requires both creative thinking and strong production skills, with a significant focus on maintaining and strengthening brand consistency across multiple businesses.

- Six-month contract-to-hire opportunity
- Fully onsite, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities
- Develop and refine brand standards, visual assets, templates, and supporting documentation
- Create cohesive marketing materials across several brands within the company portfolio
- Translate campaign goals and written messaging into compelling visual concepts
- Design assets for email campaigns, websites, organic social media, paid advertising, and other digital channels
- Produce print collateral such as brochures, flyers, one-pagers, advertisements, direct mail, event materials, and tradeshow graphics
- Create polished presentations and other internal or external marketing materials
- Prepare accurate, production-ready files for professional printing
- Adapt designs to the technical and sizing requirements of various digital platforms
- Manage several projects, requests, and deadlines simultaneously
- Identify visual inconsistencies and recommend stronger creative solutions
- Collaborate with marketing, technology, and other internal stakeholders throughout the design process
Qualifications
- Approximately three to six years of professional graphic design experience
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Strong command of typography, layout, color, composition, hierarchy, and brand development
- Demonstrated experience creating both digital and print materials
- Understanding of print-production requirements, including bleed, trim, resolution, color modes, and file preparation
- Ability to follow and expand established brand standards across multiple formats
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects with limited creative direction
- Able to produce quality work efficiently in a fast-paced marketing environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing competing deadlines
- Creative problem-solver who can contribute original concepts rather than only executing predefined instructions
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience supporting an in-house marketing department
- Experience designing for multiple related brands or business units
- Light photo editing and retouching capabilities
- Experience developing reusable templates or scalable design systems
- Exposure to motion graphics
Portfolio Requirement
A portfolio is required for consideration. It should demonstrate a range of marketing-focused work across both print and digital channels. Strong portfolios will include examples such as social and advertising creative, email or digital campaigns, printed collateral, brand systems, and campaigns extended across multiple formats.
