We seek a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, content marketing, funnel management, and SEO, with expertise in LinkedIn, Winmo, proven email prospecting platforms, and Salesforce. Experience with SaaS product launches would be a significant plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead-generation strategies to attract and nurture potential customers across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and email.
- Create and manage engaging content across various marketing channels, including email, social media, and blogs.
- Utilize MailChimp and other email prospecting platforms to design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Oversee website SEO management, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy to improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective lead handoff processes.
- Manage and maintain lead data within Salesforce and Winmo, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics, including SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- If experienced with SaaS product launches, contribute strategic insights to new product marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation, content marketing, funnel management, and SEO
- Proven success in developing and executing complex email marketing campaigns using email prospecting platforms
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Winmo, with the ability to manage lead data and generate reports
- Experience with LinkedIn for lead generation and networking
- Demonstrated ability in content creation and marketing across various channels
- Expertise in website SEO management, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and SEO analytics tools
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Creativity and innovation in developing engaging content, lead-generation strategies, and SEO tactics
