Job Description:
Senior Integrated Designer responsible for producing polished, brand-aligned creative across digital, social, web, email, print, presentations, video, HR materials, recruiting, paid media, and business development initiatives for a large, multi-location healthcare organization.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Work approximately 20 hours per week during core business hours.
- Design and adapt creative assets across digital, social, paid media, web, email, print, presentations, and collateral.
- Support upcoming business development initiatives, including new flyers.
- Create recruiting and paid media campaign assets.
- Design HR booklets, presentations, templates, and internal communications.
- Translate approved creative briefs and brand direction into polished design solutions.
- Support brand refresh initiatives by adapting existing assets to updated visual standards.
- Produce and edit video content as needed.
- Create reusable templates, asset families, and scalable design systems.
- Prepare production-ready files, source files, exports, and final deliverables.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple audiences, channels, and locations.
- Manage multiple concurrent requests and shifting priorities independently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while communicating clearly on status, timelines, and feedback.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4-7+ years of Senior Graphic/Integrated Design experience across digital, social, web, print, presentations, and campaign production.
- Healthcare industry experience with an understanding of compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting large, multi-location brands or organizations.
- Proven experience with brand refreshes, including portfolio samples demonstrating this work.
- Background in video production and editing, with the ability to create video assets as needed.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficiency with Figma.
- Strong visual craft and production discipline, including layout, typography, hierarchy, color, accessibility, file preparation, and format adaptation.
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility across social graphics, digital ads, landing pages, email assets, print collateral, presentations, templates, long-form documents, and brand systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and confidently manage assigned projects.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, Marq, or similar creative production tools.
- Experience with healthcare, behavioral health, wellness, or other regulated industries.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide brand refreshes or rebrand rollouts.
- Experience creating scalable templates and design systems for large organizations.
- Experience with DAM workflows, asset governance, licensing documentation, and organized source-file handoffs.
- Experience working in Monday.com or a similar project management platform.
