Build a $100M Brand With the Founder | Clearwater/Tampa Bay, FL
$35/hour to start, with clear path to $100K+ | Full-time (or Part-time to begin)
Not a typical social media job.
We're an 8-figure natural wellness brand in the gut health/probiotics space on Amazon, Target.com, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, with retail expansion underway. One product is currently #1 best seller in the US, UK, and Canada. We're building toward $100M+ by 2029 and the next lever is engaging video content and a creator/affiliate engine.
You'll work directly with the founder. 30+ years as an entrepreneur, two prior 8-figure businesses, 100M+ impressions and 250K+ followers on X (@craigbrockie), growing on Threads and LinkedIn. He'll be the primary on-camera talent; you'll build the system around him, modeled on health creators like Dr. Berg.
What you'll be doing:
- Content research & strategy: trending topics, hooks, formats, competitor scans
- Scriptwriting for short-form (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) and long-form (YouTube)
- Filming logistics: shot lists, session planning, directing, and filming the founder
- Managing an editing team: direction, review, quality, testing what performs
- Publishing & distribution: captions, thumbnails, repurposing, trend tracking
- Affiliate & creator program: recruiting, onboarding, and growing TikTok Shop creators, influencers, and UGC partners into productive revenue generators
- Analytics: tracking views, retention, conversions, and revenue per creator/content piece to double down on what wins
You're a fit if you're: creative, curious, fast, analytical, organized, persuasive, and entrepreneurial. Someone who measures success in revenue, not vanity metrics.
Big advantage if you've: grown a social account to real scale, produced viral videos, managed a TikTok Shop or affiliate/influencer program, managed freelance editors, or worked in health/wellness/e-commerce.
Compensation: $35/hour base. After a 90-day ramp, performance bonuses tied to content and affiliate revenue plus growth KPIs with a realistic path to over $100K total annual comp for someone who delivers, and room to grow into Head of Social & Creator Growth from there.
