Bais Creative & Public Relations is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing team.
Bais is a boutique PR and social media agency based in Tampa, specializing in hospitality, travel, food & beverage, lifestyle, and wellness brands. We’re looking for a creative, strategic, highly organized social media professional who can own client social accounts from strategy through execution and bring fresh ideas to the table.
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day social media management for a portfolio of clients
- Develop and execute social media strategies, content calendars, and campaigns
- Create compelling, social-first copy and content across platforms
- Lead community management and maintain authentic brand voices
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats
- Develop and coordinate photoshoots and short-form video content
- Support influencer strategy, outreach, activations, and partnerships
- Monitor and analyze social performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and serve as a day-to-day point of contact
- Collaborate with PR, creative, and other Bais contractors to bring campaigns to life
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of social media management or marketing experience
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative strategy skills
- Strong understanding of social analytics and performance metrics
- Experience with Canva; video editing and Adobe experience are a plus
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts
- Strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling
- Someone who takes ownership, works independently, and genuinely loves social media

Contract | Remote/Hybrid | Tampa Bay preferred
