The Role
This is an account-ownership role with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for the social performance and day-to-day health of a portfolio of one to five clients. Each client may have approximately two accounts on every active platform, so the portfolio can include dozens of individual social accounts.
You will oversee the operators working on accounts within your client portfolio. You can assign tasks and posting plans, review execution, identify missed work, and escalate repeated failures to leadership. You will also personally run selected accounts—both for clients in your own portfolio and, when coverage requires it, for clients overseen by another Account Manager.
We deliberately divide a client's accounts across multiple trained operators. One person's absence, mistake, or access problem should never put the client's entire social presence at risk. Clear ownership, backup coverage, documentation, and reliable handoffs are essential parts of the job.
This is not a people-management-only position and it is not just a content-production position. You are expected to make the complete account system work: strategy, task assignment, daily posting, AI content, client communication, account health, recovery, coverage, and growth.
What You Will OwnClient portfolio and operator coordination
- Own the operating plan, standards, and results for one to five assigned clients.
- Assign tasks and posting plans to the operators working on accounts within your client portfolio.
- Review execution, identify missed posts or quality problems, follow up directly, and escalate repeated failures to leadership.
- Maintain an accurate account-ownership map, backup coverage, access procedures, calendars, and handoff notes.
- Personally operate selected accounts within your portfolio and selected accounts from other portfolios when needed.
- Keep client work moving when another operator is absent or an account has an emergency.
Hands-on social account operations
- Run assigned Instagram, X, TikTok, and Snapchat accounts from setup through daily execution.
- Build and maintain profiles, bios, link-in-bio pages, tracking links, content calendars, and platform-specific workflows.
- Publish or schedule the daily volume required by each account's operating plan.
- Follow platform-specific cadence. For example, an Instagram plan may require two Reels and three Stories per day, while a Snapchat plan may require two Spotlight posts, ten Story posts, and one Public Profile Story per day.
- Monitor daily views, follower growth, reach, engagement, profile activity, link traffic, and other available performance signals.
- Keep accounts active, accurate, secure, on brand, and in good standing.
Account health, access, and recovery
- Monitor warnings, restrictions, bans, access failures, security issues, and unusual performance declines.
- Submit appeals and coordinate identity-verification or platform-support requirements with the client.
- Coordinate replacement accounts, devices, access, and recovery steps when required.
- Document incidents, ownership, actions taken, and next steps so coverage does not depend on one person.
- Escalate emergencies quickly and remain available for required weekend account support.
AI content and creative execution
- Use Higgsfield to create the AI photos and videos required by assigned account plans.
- Produce account-specific daily volume; an AI-driven Instagram account may require two original AI videos per day.
- Use Claude and ChatGPT for planning, research, analysis, quality oversight, and workflow support.
- Research strong social formats and adapt their hooks, structures, and creative ideas for each client.
- Review every asset for quality, accuracy, brand fit, visual artifacts, and platform readiness before publishing.
- Maintain enough approved content for every assigned account and operator to meet cadence.
Client communication and content coordination
- Communicate directly with clients through approved channels, including iMessage and the Ace portal.
- Request needed content, provide examples, create shot lists, explain deadlines, and follow up consistently when materials are missing.
- Recommend content and shoots based on trends, account needs, performance gaps, and upcoming campaigns.
- Respect that clients control their own participation. Your responsibility is to give clear recommendations, keep following up, document blockers, and adjust the account plan when content is not delivered.
- Coordinate proposed shoot needs with leadership; the Founder & CEO approves bookings and budgets.
- Organize completed assets and distribute them to the correct accounts and operators.
Schedule and Availability
- Work in person at the Winter Park office Monday through Friday, normally from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with an unpaid lunch.
- Track all working time accurately. This is an hourly position.
- Occasional weekend availability may be required for urgent account emergencies. Employees must record all time worked, including weekend response time, and overtime is handled in accordance with applicable law. Routine weekend hours are not part of the standard schedule; any need to return to the office outside normal hours will depend on the specific emergency.
