The Opportunity
- Fortune 500 company!
- Fortune's Top 100 Best Places to Work!
- Opportunity to grow from within
- Work with supportive leaders
Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a fast-moving, hands-on Social Media Content Creator to join its largest and most innovative division in Central Florida. This role harnesses the power of generative AI and social media to revolutionize how the company markets its most unique, lifestyle-driven communities.
This is a production role, not a strategy or consulting role. We're looking for a creator who is actively making content every day — someone who can take a community concept, an architectural plan, or a breaking industry story and turn it into a polished, published post or reel within days, not weeks. The ideal candidate doesn't just talk about what AI can do; they have a feed full of real client work that proves it.
You'll have a seat at the table in community visioning meetings, direct access to senior divisional leadership, and the creative freedom to shape a role that has full support from the top.
Why This Role Stands Out
- Create, don't just advise. Your job is output — reels, posts, renderings, and video that go live fast and drive real engagement.
- Direct leadership access. Report to the VP of Sales and collaborate with senior leaders daily.
- Creative autonomy. Results-driven culture with no micromanagement; output matters more than hours logged.
- High-impact communities. Work on innovative, story-driven developments that go far beyond standard homebuilding.
- Growth potential. As the company sees results, this role has the potential to scale into a larger team.
- Award-winning culture. The division has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Orlando.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce a steady, fast-turnaround stream of social media content — short-form video, reels, and posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms — that showcases each community's unique lifestyle and features.
- Move at the speed of the conversation: when a relevant article, trend, or community milestone hits, have polished content ready to publish within 24–48 hours.
- Create engaging on-camera and voiceover-narrated content, presenting communities and stories directly to the audience in short-form video.
- Leverage AI tools to produce high-quality visual content including community fly-throughs, home renderings, amenity visualizations, and streetscape imagery.
- Participate in community visioning and planning meetings, then translate concepts, sketches, and design intent into compelling digital content.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR partners, and field operations to align content with branding and launch timelines.
- Capture field content as needed, including drone footage, community photography, and construction progress.
- Stay current on emerging AI tools, content trends, and platform best practices.
- Track performance metrics and optimize strategy based on engagement and lead generation data.
Qualifications
Required
- Proven, paid client experience creating social media content — a portfolio of real reels, posts, and campaigns published for actual clients (not just spec work or personal projects).
- Demonstrated ability to produce content quickly, with specific examples of fast-turnaround work (e.g., a post or reel published within 48 hours of a news story or event).
- Hands-on experience using generative AI to create client content — able to walk through specific examples of AI-driven posts, video, renderings, or visuals you've produced and published.
- Comfortable on camera and with voiceover narration — experience creating presenter-style short-form video where you (or your client) speak directly to the audience.
- Firm understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with knowledge of content strategy and audience engagement.
- Strong creative vision and ability to translate abstract ideas into visually compelling assets.
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating social content for real estate professionals or lifestyle brands (e.g., agent accounts featuring local restaurants, businesses, or community life).
- Experience with AI rendering and video generation tools such as Midjourney, Kling AI, Runway ML, or ArchiVinci for creating architectural visualizations, fly-throughs, and community renderings.
- Familiarity with real estate-specific AI content platforms such as Trolto, AutoReel, or similar tools for producing social-ready property videos.
- Experience with AI video editing tools such as Opus Clip for repurposing long-form content into short-form social media reels.
- Knowledge of AI virtual staging and enhancement tools such as REimagineHome or Collov AI.
- Background in a creative agency or content studio environment.
- Experience with drone operation and/or field photography/videography.
- Familiarity with real estate, homebuilding, or architecture.
- Experience with TikTok and emerging platforms.
Interview Process
Candidates will be asked to submit a portfolio of published client work — including reels, posts, and AI-generated content created for paying clients — and complete a timed, practical content creation exercise to demonstrate their ability to produce polished, AI-driven content quickly.
