Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and US-based Account Manager to join our team part time at 20 hours/ per week. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working across paid search and paid social acquisition campaigns, along with proficiency in conducting landing page tests. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' marketing initiatives by implementing strategic campaigns, analyzing data insights, and optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
- Prepare project briefs/plan for internal and external teams
- Report on A/B tests on landing pages to optimize conversion rates and enhance user experience.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and target audience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of inquiries.
- Use Looker Data Studio, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and technical teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Make sure work gets done and everything is documented in Asana.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search and paid social advertising.
- Proven track record of managing successful acquisition campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Looker Data Studio, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills
- Experience working with healthcare or technology clients is a plus.
