Job Title: Senior UX Designer
Location: Remote(Austin, TX, NYC, NY, Charlotte, NC, and Atlanta, GA) Looking for local candidates only.
Duration: 12 months + possible extension Contract
Remote – role is remote, but candidate must be local to one of the above cities and be onsite during their first 5 days
40 hours per week
Job Description:
- Lead user research activities to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Design end-to-end user experiences and workflow solutions for enterprise financial software, including AI and automation-enabled products.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centered solutions.
- Work within and contribute to the evolution of the company's design system and UX standards.
- Validate designs through user testing, feedback, and continuous iteration to ensure successful product outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio of enterprise software or complex digital products.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Proficiency with UX design tools, wireframing, prototyping, and working within design systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, balancing user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements.
