Role Description This part-time Social Media Manager role is a hybrid position based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some work from home. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and performance, monitoring analytics, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to align social media messaging with broader content strategy, gathering insights from the healthcare and technology sectors, and adjusting tactics based on performance data. Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.
- Effective Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Experience in Content Strategy, including planning, organizing, and evaluating social media content that supports marketing objectives.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating in-person in Chicago, IL and remotely as needed.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities on a part-time schedule.
