What availability do we need?
- Ideally, writer would be a full-time freelancer, not doing freelance on the side with a full time job.
- The more reliability and dependability we can have, the better. This doesn’t exclude freelancers who work around a full-time gig, but it is preferable for agency.
- We need writers who have flexibility/availability for meetings/calls during business hours for at least 2 days per week.
- Given 1 or 2 days notice from agency, writer should have ability to schedule turnarounds in 24 hours, or over 3-4 day blocks of time.
- We would need at least 10 hrs. per week availability within their current freelance client base to make them a viable candidate.
- Writer must keep agency informed weeks in advance about vacation and personal time so we can schedule workflow appropriately.
