We're looking for a storyteller who can turn the situations employees face every day into high-stakes ethical decisions, and then bring those moments to the screen.
Integrity Lab helps organizations build more effective compliance and integrity programs. We combine research, behavioral insights, data, and practical experience to develop approaches that influence how employees make decisions, not simply whether they "check the box."
We are developing a new generation of AI-enabled compliance training built around compelling stories, realistic workplace dilemmas, and high-quality video. We are seeking a creative producer who can turn complex organizational issues into memorable narrative experiences.
The Role
You might come from film, television, advertising, digital media, or narrative gaming. What matters is that you have real instincts for plot, character, pacing, and dialogue, and that you can find the drama in a rushed shift handover or a test result nobody wants to report.
The stakes are substantial. Training built from these videos protects employees, helps ensure safe products reach customers, and surfaces problems that would otherwise come to light only after real damage is done.
You will write these stories, and you will produce them. We are looking for one person who can do both.
What you'll do
- Develop plots, characters, and workplace scenarios for short-form training
- Turn legal, ethical, and organizational risks into stories that feel real rather than instructional
- Write scripts, dialogue, treatments, storyboards, and production briefs
- Build decision points with genuine tension: competing pressures, incomplete information, plausible consequences
- Produce the finished work using generative AI for video, voice, imagery, music, and animation
- Hold visual and narrative consistency across AI-generated characters, scenes, and voices
- Direct the process from concept to delivered asset, working with our subject-matter experts and client teams
- Help us build a repeatable creative process for future programs
What we're looking for
- Professional experience in a narrative-driven field, with a portfolio to show for it
- Demonstrated command of generative AI production tools, and specifically the ability to keep characters and environments consistent across a finished piece
- Comfort moving between creative development and hands-on production
- Sound judgment about tone, realism, and visual quality
- The ability to absorb unfamiliar technical subject matter and make it accessible
Relevant backgrounds include screenwriters, script editors, video and branded-content producers, creative directors, narrative game designers, documentary and short-form creators, generative AI filmmakers, and creative technologists.
What success looks like
Training that employees remember because the situations, characters, and choices felt real. The finished work should resemble compelling short-form storytelling, not a conventional corporate training video with compliance language added on top.
The engagement
This is a part-time, project-based engagement. The first project runs through mid 2027, with the intention of continuing across future Integrity Lab training programs.
Flexible schedule and remote-friendly. We're in the Boston area and would welcome occasional in-person collaboration, so local candidates have a slight edge, but we will fully consider exceptional candidates anywhere.
How to apply
Apply through LinkedIn with your résumé and a link to your portfolio. Two or three examples of narrative, video, or AI-generated creative work are plenty.
Your work does not need to involve compliance or corporate training. We're looking for narrative judgment, character and plot development, visual storytelling, and real command of AI production tools.
