Our experiential agency client is looking for a Graphic Designer with 5+ years' experience to focus on print file prep from now until mid-October; ideally looking for experience working on tradeshows, large format graphics and print and digital projects at an agency.

Prepare accurate layout files for print, large-scale signage, and digital platforms.
Maintain clean, organized design files and brand asset libraries adhering to strict client style guides.
Take ownership of design briefs from concept through to final art across print, digital, broadcast, and event collateral
Design and develop high-quality brand assets including signage, event collateral, swag, toolkits, templates, and storyboards
Translate creative direction and briefs into strong, well-resolved design solutions that align with brand guidelines and client objectives
Work across multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and timelines effectively
Collaborate closely with Senior Designers, Producers, Account teams, and freelancers to deliver cohesive creative outcomes
Prepare accurate, production-ready files for small and large-scale print and digital delivery
Contribute to creative ideation, brainstorming sessions, and concept development
Cross-Medium Execution: Export and format deliverables across formats, ensuring proper resolution, color profiles, and bleed settings.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications

Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) alongside Figma and After Effects.
Production Knowledge: Practical understanding of print and digital production constraints.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in managing complex multi-layered files under tight event-industry deadlines
