Meet is partnered with a highly successful, innovative biotech based in San Francisco, CA and they're looking for additional freelance support in a Communications Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute internal and external communications strategies in partnership with the Senior Director of Corporate Communications
- Develop engaging, high-quality content for multiple channels, including intranet articles, newsletters, social media, videos, etc.
- Manage and maintain company intranet and external website content and updates
- Support the planning and execution of external communications campaigns
- Coordinate and manage corporate photo and video shoots
Contract Details:
- ASAP start
- 40 hrs/wk
- 1 year contract, with possible extension
- Hybrid in SF 2-4 days per week
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in biotech, pharma or life sciences agency
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex scientific or technical information into clear, compelling content
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Must be able to commute into San Francisco office 2-4 days per week
