We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of experience to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. This contract opportunity is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has prior experience working within the technology or SaaS industry.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of campaign execution, digital channel management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. This person should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while using data to drive decision-making and improve marketing performance.
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid media, email, social media, search, and display channels.
- Manage campaign setup, audience segmentation, targeting, and deployment through marketing automation and advertising platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
- Support lead generation and nurture programs in partnership with demand generation, content, and sales teams.
- Manage and update website content, landing pages, and campaign assets using CMS platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
- Track key performance metrics and develop regular performance reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Experience executing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, display advertising, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Previous experience in a technology, SaaS, software, or high-growth tech environment strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing programs and enterprise audiences.
- Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution, lead generation funnels, and campaign performance analysis.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
