We're looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to help grow our brand and connect with our real estate community. Bluewater Title & Escrow of Pembroke Pines is a Florida title company committed to making every transaction smooth, professional, and memorable.
Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Manage our Facebook and Instagram accounts
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Design graphics, reels, and stories aligned with our brand
- Write engaging captions and select relevant hashtags
- Schedule posts and maintain a consistent posting cadence
- Monitor comments and messages and engage with our audience
- Identify trends and recommend creative content ideas
- Repurpose photos and videos from closings into engaging content
- Track performance and provide monthly analytics and recommendations
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience managing business social media accounts
- Has strong graphic design skills (Canva preferred)
- Can edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels
- Writes excellent English with attention to grammar and detail
- Is organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Understands branding and knows how to maintain a consistent voice
- Can work independently and meet deadlines
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Experience in real estate, title, mortgage, or related industries
- Experience with Meta Business Suite
- Familiarity with trending social media content and strategies
*As part of the interview process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to create one sample Instagram post and one Reel concept using Bluewater Title & Escrow of Pembroke Pines' branding.*
