THE ROLE
Fuel Meals is bringing organic social in-house, and we're looking for the person to take it to the next level. You'll own the strategy and make the content — the brain and the hands behind the account.
We have a social presence today, but we want an intentional one. That means thinking carefully about how our brand voice shows up across platforms, expanding where we play, and building a feed that actually feels like Fuel Meals — not just a content factory.
You're a doer. You live on Instagram and TikTok, you spot trends before they peak, and you're comfortable on camera. But you also think in calendars, campaigns, and audience growth — you want to shape what this brand sounds and looks like on social, not just execute someone else's brief.
This is a hybrid role. You'll work remotely most of the week, with 1–2 days on-site at our production facility — getting close to the product, the process, and the people behind it. Some of our best content lives there.
You'll have creative latitude, direct partnership with the Head of Brand, and a product worth posting about.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X and emerging platforms — calendar, voice, creative
- Hands-on content creation — shooting, editing, designing in Canva and CapCut, posting, etc.
- On-site content days at our factory — capturing the product, the kitchen, the team, the process
- On-camera content — you're comfortable being the face when it makes sense, and directing creators when it doesn't
- Influencer and creator programme — outreach, briefs, contracts, reposts, performance
- UGC — find it, create it, brief for it, edit it, repurpose it
- Community management — DMs, comments, and building real connection with our audience
- Trend-spotting — you bring ideas to the team before they hit the feed
- Performance tracking — engagement, growth, UGC volume, branded search
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2–5 years in organic social or content at a brand (DTC food, health, or lifestyle is a plus)
- A track record you can show — accounts you've grown, content you've made
- Strategic instinct and execution speed — you can plan and ship a TikTok the same day
- A point of view on brand voice — how it shows up in a caption, a comment reply, a video hook
- Confidence on camera and behind one
- Canva fluency, CapCut comfort, basic design eye
- Sharp content calendar and communication habits — nothing slips, the team always knows what's coming
- A real obsession with social — you're already scrolling, already noticing, already thinking in posts
- Genuine love for food, health, and nutrition — it has to come through on screen
