We specialize in helping business owners, contractors, and trades companies across Florida protect what they have built. We need one reliable, consistent assistant to publish the content we create across our social platforms. If you are organized, dependable, and never miss a scheduled post, we want to hear from you. This is a publishing and scheduling role only. You will not write content or build marketing strategy. We supply the captions, images, and videos — your job is to schedule them correctly, confirm they went live, and keep the calendar accurate.
What You Will Do
— Schedule our Facebook , Instagram, and LinkedIn posts using the content we provide
— Publish Google Business Profile updates on schedule
— Upload our provided images and videos with approved captions and links
— Adjust basic formatting so each post fits its platform
— Maintain the publishing calendar so nothing is missed or doubled
— Confirm every post actually published correctly, and record the post URL
— Send a short monthly summary of what went out
What You Are Not Allowed To Do
— Write your own captions or content without approval
— Make strategy decisions about what or when to post beyond the calendar
— Design graphics from scratch
— Let a scheduled post slip or go out unchecked
What We Require
— Fluent written English and clear communication
— Experience scheduling posts across Facebook , Instagram, and LinkedIn
— Familiarity with a scheduler such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar
— Experience keeping a content calendar organized and accurate
— Reliability above all — posts must go out on time, every time
— Ability to start within 7 days of offer
