Who We’re Looking For
Based in Dallas and reporting to the Brand Director, as Social Media Manager you are the eyes, ears, and voice of our brand online. You own our social media presence from start to finish—from initial ideation and planning to on-site capture, post-production, and publishing.
In this role, you will also step into a leadership capacity, directly managing a Content Producer. Together, you will oversee the creation of long-form video assets and specialized advertisement content that lives on various digital media platforms and channels. Additionally, you will guide and direct this role to act as a dedicated producer for our more \"elevated\" social pieces, ensuring high-end post-production editing, polished formatting, and premium visual execution for major brand moments.
We are not looking for a simple content scheduler. We want a storyteller, a trend spotter, and a community builder who knows exactly what makes people stop scrolling. Guided by Batbox’s core values—Be a Good Human, Amp the Experience, Lead Together, and Level Up—you will help us build a bold, consistent, and unforgettable social presence.
Your commitment to our core values of “Be a Good Human,” “Amp the Experience,” “Lead Together,” and “Level Up” and your dedication to our pillars of “Craft Legendary Experiences,” “Powered by People,” “Build for the Future,” and “Beyond the Game” will shape how Batbox shows up in culture.
Your Impact
Content Planning & Calendar Management
- Own the Content Calendar: Manage and maintain the social content calendar across all platforms, planning weeks in advance while staying agile enough to capture real-time moments.
- Segment by Business Vertical: Adapt and differentiate your content strategy according to different parts of the business. Recognize that social support for Suite requires a unique approach compared to local venue or corporate HQ needs.
- Develop Core Themes: Create weekly and monthly content themes that align with broader marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and seasonal moments.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the wider Marketing Team to ensure all social media content supports overarching company goals and business priorities.
- Optimize Strategy: Identify content gaps, discover new opportunities, and establish the optimal posting cadence for each unique platform.
Ideation, Content Creation & Management
- Creative Pipeline: Maintain a steady, recurring pipeline of fresh, original content ideas, creative angles, and references rather than waiting to be told what to post.
- Trend Integration: Stay plugged into social and cultural trends, actively identifying and proposing ways to adapt trending audio, formats, and creator techniques for the Batbox brand.
- On-Site Capture: Be present at Batbox Addison and other partner venues to capture authentic, high-energy moments. This includes working evenings, weekends, and specific events when the action is happening.
- End-to-End Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-impact short-form video content (including Reels, TikToks, and Stories) tailored for various platforms, ensuring a sharp eye for framing, lighting, sound, pacing, and overall visual narrative. Handle editing, audio syncing, & ad copy.
- Copywriting: Write compelling captions tailored to different audience segments while fiercely maintaining the authentic Batbox voice, using our true brand voice, not an AI voice.
- Cross-Platform Distribution: Maintain a steady stream of engaging Stories and strategically repurpose/cross-post content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Competitive Analysis: Keep a pulse on what competitors and peer brands in sports, entertainment, and Family Entertainment Centers (FEC) are doing to continuously innovate our output.
Community Management & Engagement
- Brand Voice Advocacy: Act as the voice of Batbox in comments, DMs, and mentions, responding quickly, on-brand, and with genuine personality.
- Proactive Engagement: Interact with guests, followers, and UGC creators to foster a true community around the brand.
- Real-Time Trends: Monitor and jump into relevant viral conversations and cultural trends in real time.
- Feedback Routing: Coordinate with venue and partner teams to swiftly flag and route guest feedback or complaints to the right departments.
Analytics, Performance & Growth
- Data Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics weekly and monthly.
- Drive Follower Growth: Own follower growth across all platforms as a core KPI, setting benchmarks and identifying what drives or stalls growth.
- Continuous Testing: Test new content formats, posting times, and engagement tactics, applying data-driven learnings to elevate future content.
- Leadership Reporting: Utilize Meta Business and other social platform analysis tools to share clear performance summaries and actionable insights to leadership.
Influencer & UGC Coordination
- Relationship Management: Identify, outreach to, and manage relationships with local and regional influencers and content creators.
- Creator Visits: Coordinate creator visits, deliverables, and usage rights in partnership with the Brand Director.
- UGC Curation: Curate, reshare, and track user-generated content in a way that feels highly authentic to the brand.
Manager Expectations
- Project Management: Manage content producer’s projects from concept to completion. Ensure projects are clearly defined, the brief expectations are met, timelines are never missed, and communication is frequent with the Brand Director.
- Quality & Consistency Control: Proof producer’s work and ensure all projects maintain a high standard of excellence. Align tone of voice, visuals, and ad copy across support pieces for advertising and social media.
- Coaching: Maximize the content producer’s strengths while minimizing blocks and frustrations. Prioritize growth in skills and maturity within the role and beyond.

Must reside in or near the Dallas/Addison area and have the flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, to capture live, high-energy venue moments.
- Platform Expertise: 2+ years of experience in creating for and managing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn for a brand. Social media strategy for algorithms, distribution, boosting and native features, plus Meta Business experience is required.
