Job Description

Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- 7+ years creating customer-facing communications for enterprise organizations, including product launches, service updates, onboarding journeys, and pricing change communications.
- Proven experience owning end-to-end copy development for large-scale B2B or telecommunications customer communication programs impacting thousands to millions of customers.
- 5+ years partnering directly with Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and executive stakeholders to translate business requirements into customer-centric messaging.
- Demonstrated success maintaining brand voice consistency across multiple communication channels while balancing customer experience and regulatory requirements.
- Experience writing customer incident, outage, service disruption, privacy, or compliance-related communications in highly regulated environments.
- Advanced proficiency leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to accelerate content creation, optimization, and performance improvements.
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable business impact through high-performing marketing, lifecycle, retention, or customer engagement communications.
- This job is for a self-motivated, writer who possesses an infectious work ethic.
- Passion for and knowledge of popular culture are essential.
- A proven track record of creating, executing and directing results-oriented advertising from inception to completion is mandatory.
Overall Purpose: As Copywriter, you’ll be charged with developing results-oriented, benefit-driven advertising that promotes and differentiates our premium brand.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Create customer-facing communications for product launches, onboarding programs, pricing updates, service notifications, and customer incidents.
- Translate business requirements into compelling, customer-focused messaging.
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and refine messaging.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered tools to improve content quality, efficiency, and performance.
- Ensure communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with customer experience goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
