Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role blends digital marketing strategy, SEO execution, project management, and web support — making it ideal for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and client service. You will drive marketing program excellence, manage cross-functional projects, maintain web properties, and translate data-driven insights into impactful strategies for our partners.
Marketing & SEO Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through direct engagement and delivery of all program elements with excellence.
• Track, communicate, and report results of marketing plans to partners; adjust strategies as business needs evolve.
• Pull and interpret data from digital buying and analytics platforms, translating outputs into actionable insights.
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations both internally and to clients.
• Work in an integrated manner with cross-functional teams including brand management, planning, and strategy.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging media opportunities; share knowledge with the team.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and actively contribute to team communication and knowledge sharing.
• Travel to client or vendor meetings as required.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and passion for clients' businesses.
Project Management Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate web-based projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external vendors to facilitate clear communication and accountability.
• Develop and maintain project plans, task trackers, and status reports to keep all stakeholders aligned.
• Identify project risks and roadblocks proactively and implement solutions to keep initiatives on track.
• Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
Web Support Analyst Responsibilities
• Monitor and maintain website performance, uptime, and content accuracy across client and partner web properties.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues including broken links, page errors, form malfunctions, and display formats.
• Coordinate with developers and designers to implement content updates, web pages, and media assets.
• Conduct regular SEO audits, including technical SEO and on-page optimization, and the site speed: then recommend corrective actions.
• Manage and update CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar), ensuring content is current and optimized.
• Support web analytics tagging and tracking implementation (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4) to ensure accurate data capture.
• Document web processes, client communication, and support procedures to build a reliable knowledge base for the team.

6. Knowledge of CMS platforms; WordPress preferred. Familiarity with theme management, plugins, and page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi) is a plus.
7. Working knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and web analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console, GTM).
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
