Role
The Junior Motion Graphic Designer will support the creation of engaging visual content for both consumer-facing digital platforms and internal communications. This role plays a key part in bringing brand stories to life through motion design, contributing to high-visibility initiatives that reach both customers and executive leadership.
In this position, you will develop and refine motion graphic assets for mobile applications while assisting with short-form video content for presentations and internal use. You will work closely with designers and stakeholders to execute creative concepts, ensuring alignment with established brand guidelines. This role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
Needs:
- 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics, video design, or related field (internships or freelance work accepted)
- Proficiency with motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software
- Understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling techniques
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and ability to execute within established creative frameworks
- Experience creating digital or mobile-first content is preferred
- Knowledge of video formatting and optimization for digital delivery is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage feedback in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication, organization, and willingness to learn and grow within a team
Duties:
- Create and update motion graphic assets for use within consumer-facing digital platforms
- Assist in producing short-form videos, including sizzle reels and executive presentation content
- Animate pre-designed concepts, layouts, and storyboards in alignment with brand standards
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise content quickly and efficiently
- Support video editing tasks, including transitions, pacing, and visual enhancements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Collaborate with creative team members to maintain consistency across all visual outputs
