We are partnering with a high-profile Miami-based lifestyle and entertainment brand seeking a Social Media Manager to lead strategy, lead the team, execution, content creation, and day-to-day social media operations of the brands ecosystem.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic social media professional to lead the brand's online presence and create engaging content that drives audience growth and guest attendance. This dynamic role combines creative strategy, team leadership, and hands-on content creation in both the office and at live events. The ideal candidate has experience managing nightlife, hospitality, or lifestyle brands, leading creative teams, and producing high-performing social content in fast-paced environments.
This is a 100% on-site role based in Miami. Remote work will not be considered. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the overall social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Develop content strategies that support major events, artist bookings, partnerships, and ongoing nightlife programming
- Identify opportunities for growth by staying ahead of platform trends, content formats, and cultural moments
- Define KPIs and performance benchmarks; monitor analytics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
- Provide regular reporting on performance, engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness
- Oversee community management, ensuring timely responses and consistent brand voice across all platforms
- Lead and mentor the social media team, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative, creative environment
Content Creation & Execution
- Collaborate with internal teams, content creators, photographers, and videographers to produce high-impact, mobile-first content
- Direct and execute real-time social coverage for events, artist performances, and brand activations
- Attend key nights and activations to ensure content is captured at the highest level
- Maintain a rolling 30-day content calendar to ensure consistency, relevance, and alignment with programming
- Develop and guide creative direction across short-form video, UGC strategy, trend-based content, and live storytelling
- Write and refine captions that reflect the brand voice, elevated, engaging, and culturally relevant
- Serve as the primary liaison for external creators, aligning on creative direction, deliverables, and timelines
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in nightlife social media management, or 4+ years within a social media agency environment
- Proven experience managing social media within nightlife, hospitality, or high-volume lifestyle brands (or agency equivalent)
- Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and platform-specific best practices
- Hands-on experience creating and editing mobile-first content (photo and video) using tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar
- Familiarity with publishing and analytics platforms including Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Analytics
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and execute under tight timelines
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
