Title: Social/Creative Coordinator
Location: In Office (DC Locations and other offices/event locations as necessary)
Reports to: EVP of Operations
Position Status: Exempt – Full Time
The Social/Creative Coordinator should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, advertising and brand stewardship. This position will shape the brokerage and agents’ marketing and social media branding projects, from concepts and development through implementation and tracking. The Media Department provides essential services and strategy to our agents to elevate their marketing efforts.
The Social/Creative Coordinator will work collaboratively with the entire Media Department and key external vendors to execute a wide variety of initiatives and help ensure cohesion between the RLAH brand and the marketing/advertising deliverables of our agents.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the agents on their introduction to the media team
- Oversee and manage content creation for all social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Youtube)
- Attend all events for the purposes of social media
- Understand, develop, create and implement new social media tactics, both independently and that come directly from management
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to get all resources needed to maintain quality and quantity of agent marketing
- Assist members of the marketing team with executing needs of agents
- Create and manage systems that drive efficiencies across team communications and processes
- Provide outstanding client service to make agent marketing efforts less time consuming and more effective
- Ordering marketing materials from different vendors as necessary
- Working with and providing excellent customer service to the clients (500+)
- Manage workflow from beginning stages to the end (including follow ups)
- Working with a team of designers, website specialists and social media experts
- Ability to work quickly to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects at once
- Any activity required by management/leadership
Requirements:
- Outstanding organizational and planning skills, and exceptionally detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; proven ability to be flexible in a team-oriented environment with diverse groups of people
- Excellent, professional communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work independently
- 2+ years of marketing experience
