Compensation Range: $32 - 33 per hour
Are you ready to drive the digital content evolution for a premier global financial services leader? As a consultative partner, you will lead the end-to-end optimization of internal process and product content to empower cross-functional teams and elevate client service experiences. This strategic opportunity allows you to spearhead content transformation initiatives that directly drive business performance outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end digital content publishing utilizing modern content management systems to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to clarify strategic requirements and secure necessary publication approvals.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance reviews against brand style guides to ensure total content accuracy and compliance.
- Champion process automation initiatives within the content management platform to maximize delivery scalability.
Qualifications:
- Professional experience authoring, editing, and publishing digital content within corporate financial services or benefits administration environments.
- Specialized expertise navigating modern content management applications alongside proficiency in standard business tools.
- Demonstrated track record of managing multiple high-visibility content initiatives concurrently under dynamic deadlines.
- Strong technical writing and consultative communication skills to effectively translate complex workflows into clear documentation.
