Join Fidelity's Digital Content Management & Solutions (DCMS) team and help create the content that empowers Workplace Investing associates to deliver exceptional service experiences. We're seeking a talented Digital Content Creator with strong writing, editing, and content management expertise to develop clear, accurate, and engaging internal process and product content.
What You'll Do
✅ Write, edit, and publish digital content using modern content management tools
✅ Create concise, user-friendly content for a diverse audience of internal associates
✅ Conduct quality reviews to ensure compliance with content standards and style guides
✅ Partner with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritize work, and obtain approvals
✅ Manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
✅ Support content transformation and automation efforts that improve content delivery and consumption
What We're Looking For
✔3-5 years of experience
✔Experience writing, editing, and publishing digital content
✔ Background in benefits administration, outsourcing administration, and/or financial services
✔ Knowledge of Workplace Investing products and services preferred
✔ Strong business and technical writing skills
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
✔ Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
✔ Ability to balance quality, accuracy, and speed in a deadline-driven environment
✔ Bachelor's Degree preferred
