As a Digital Content Creator , you will collaborate with your peers and business partners to deliver internal process and product content to support associates in delivering outstanding service experiences to Workplace Investing (WI) clients and participants. The DCMS team is comprised of 50+ associates across multiple domestic sites and India. The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Writing, editing, and publishing digital content using modern content management applications
Professional experience in benefits administration, outsourcing administration, and/or financial services
Knowledge of Workplace Investing product offerings and how they are serviced
Strong business and technical writing skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Ability to build, edit, and publish succinct, clear, and effective content for a diverse set of content consumers
Conducting content quality checks to ensure successful publishing and adherence to style guides and standards
Collaborating with peers and partners to clarify requirements, prioritize delivery, and gain approvals prior to publication
Balancing pace and quality in a high-volume production environment to meet tight delivery timeframes
Strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with internal business partners
Understanding of how Fidelity products and services are administered and serviced by WI associates
