Position Title: Freelance Graphic Designer

Compensation: $35-$40/Hour
Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer for a leading manufacturing client. This candidate will support dynamic marketing initiatives by creating high-quality, print-ready design materials that elevate brand presence and support active campaigns. Working closely with a project manager, the designer will manage multiple projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain brand consistency across all assets. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented creative professional experienced in print production who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys contributing to impactful product launches and marketing efforts.
Day-to-Day:
- Create print-ready marketing assets (brochures, posters, banners, magazine ads)
- Collaborate with a project manager to receive assignments and track progress
- Manage multiple small to mid-sized design projects concurrently
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards and campaign goals
- Perform revisions and proofing through a project management platform
- Support ongoing campaigns and product launches
- Prepare files for off-press production
- Maintain consistency across all creative assets while meeting deadlines
Must-Haves:
- Proven graphic design experience with strong focus on print production
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of print processes (off-press, brochures, postcards, ads, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interpret creative direction and collaborate with stakeholders
Plusses:
- Experience with Basecamp or similar project/proofing tools
- Background in motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with AI-based design tools
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
