Zero Gravity Marketing is seeking a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Contractor to support the strategy, management, optimization, and growth of affiliate marketing programs for a variety of clients. This role is ideal for a highly organized digital marketer with experience managing affiliate relationships, analyzing performance data, and driving measurable revenue growth through partnership marketing.
The contractor will work closely with the Zero Gravity Marketing team to execute affiliate strategies that align with broader digital marketing initiatives while maintaining brand integrity and performance accountability.

Affiliate Program Management

Assist in managing day-to-day affiliate marketing operations across multiple client accounts

Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliate partners including publishers, influencers, bloggers, loyalty sites, and referral partners

Monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and program terms

Coordinate promotional opportunities, placements, and campaign launches
Strategy & Optimization

Support affiliate strategy development based on client goals, customer journey, and channel alignment

Identify growth opportunities through partner segmentation and performance analysis

Recommend commission adjustments, promotional strategies, and optimization opportunities

Help minimize channel overlap and ensure affiliate efforts drive incremental value
Reporting & Analytics

Monitor key affiliate performance metrics including clicks, conversions, revenue, ROAS, and partner performance

Prepare recurring performance reports and provide actionable insights

Assist with attribution analysis and affiliate tracking validation

Identify trends, anomalies, fraud risks, or compliance concerns
Collaboration

Work closely with internal SEO, paid media, analytics, and content teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader marketing strategies

Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding program performance and opportunities
Required

2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, or digital marketing

Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and attribution models

Experience working with affiliate publishers, influencers, or referral partners

Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
