About Sia Experience - Marketing Advisory
Sia Experience is the marketing and customer experience practice of Sia. Our Marketing Advisory team helps clients across technology, luxury, consumer goods, finance, energy, and other industries accelerate growth through AI-driven marketing, customer experience, data, and transformation initiatives.
Location: Remote (9am-6pm PST)
Rate: $80-$90/hour
Contract: June 2026 - December 2026
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong marketing analytics background to lead large-scale marketing and technology initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, and Product, driving projects from planning through launch, reporting, and optimization.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with the ability to interpret marketing performance data, partner with Decision Scientists and Data Engineers, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
- Support end-to-end delivery of marketing workflow application development initiatives, partnering with Software Engineering, Product Management, and Data Engineering teams to define requirements, track progress, and ensure technical builds align to marketing operational needs.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Lead standups, project meetings, status reviews, and cross-functional coordination.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Data Science teams to align priorities and ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain executive-level roadmaps and provide regular progress updates.
Campaign & Technical Execution
- Manage campaign setup, configuration, testing, approvals, and launch activities.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Data Science teams to ensure accurate implementation of tracking, telemetry, and measurement frameworks.
- Support marketing workflow application development and operational improvements.
- Document technical requirements, configurations, and testing plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and operational efficiency.
Agile Delivery
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain project tracking systems and ensure accurate status reporting.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
Reporting & Analytics
- Partner with Decision Scientists and Data Engineers to deliver standardized marketing performance reporting.
- Analyze campaign metrics, adoption data, and business outcomes to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop executive-ready performance summaries and recommendations.
- Translate technical and analytical findings into clear business insights.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-informed optimization.
Quality Assurance
- Validate campaign setup, targeting accuracy, tracking implementation, and launch readiness.
- Manage defect tracking and coordinate issue resolution with engineering teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and support optimization efforts.
Success Measures

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management, marketing operations, or marketing project management.
- Strong background in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
- Familiarity with marketing measurement concepts — including campaign attribution, A/B testing interpretation, brand sentiment analysis, and conversion analytics — with the ability to fluently read and QA performance data, partner effectively with data practitioners, and translate findings into campaign and project decisions; experience with SQL or BI tools
- Experience working with SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics tools is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with Jira, Asana, or similar project management platforms.
- Strong partnership experience with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Product teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly collaborative.
Additional Information
Compensation
$80-$90/hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Workplace Guidelines
Consultants located in New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week. More flexible in-person requirements may be available outside primary markets.
