A leading global entertainment company is seeking an Assistant Manager, Global Partnership Marketing to support theatrical film marketing campaigns across domestic and international markets.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support end-to-end execution of global theatrical marketing partnerships across retail, packaging, digital, social, broadcast, print, radio, events, and promotional channels
- Manage partner timelines, campaign schedules, approvals, and key milestones from launch through completion
- Coordinate directly with domestic and international partners to ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Review creative submissions and route approvals between partners, internal stakeholders, and senior leadership
- Lead recurring partner status meetings and maintain detailed project documentation and recaps
- Support promotional merchandise, sweepstakes, prize packages, and ticket fulfillment initiatives
- Source and distribute marketing assets including trailers, key art, logos, posters, and promotional materials
- Maintain campaign tracking documents, status reports, case studies, and partnership resources
- Assist with screenings, partner events, premieres, sponsorship activations, and special marketing initiatives
- Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoice processing, vendor onboarding, and operational needs
- Collaborate closely with marketing, promotions, international teams, and external partners across multiple markets
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in entertainment marketing, promotions, partnership marketing, studio marketing, brand partnerships, agency account management, or promotional marketing
- Experience supporting international or global marketing initiatives is required
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience working directly with external partners, brands, agencies, or promotional clients
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong written communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Comfortable working onsite full-time and supporting occasional overtime when needed
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and activations is preferred
