Key Responsibilities & Duties
Creator & Affiliate Execution
- Manage day‑to‑day communication with a high volume of creators and TikTok Shop affiliates.
- Distribute briefs, contracts, product details, timelines, and expectations as defined by the Sr. Manager.
- Track samples, posting commitments, and content delivery status.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with active creators.
Content Flow & Activation
- Ensure consistent and on‑time content output from creators.
- Monitor posted content for quality, alignment with briefs, and delivery requirements.
- Activate creators around trends, campaigns, and key calendar moments.
- Flag issues early when content is delayed, missing, or off‑strategy.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate creator and affiliate records in CRM tools.
- Track creator pipelines including outreach status, posting timelines, and deliverables.
- Support campaign execution by keeping timelines organized and updated.
Performance Feedback Loop
- Share performance insights and content outcomes with the Sr. Manager.
- Help identify creators showing strong potential or underperformance.
- Support reactivation and follow‑up with dormant or repeat creators.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or content operations.
- Experience working with creators at large scale or supporting influencer programs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines.
- Clear, professional written communication.
- Familiarity with TikTok content formats, trends, and creators.
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, execution‑heavy environments.
