About The Role
The
Marketing Assistant supports a large‑scale marketing asset transformation initiative by updating, reformatting, and organizing existing marketing materials. This role is highly execution‑focused, working within established templates to apply branding updates, naming conventions, and file‑structuring standards. The work is high‑volume, repetitive, and detail‑oriented — ideal for someone who thrives in structured workflows and precision‑driven tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset Updating — Apply branding updates (logos, formatting), naming conventions, and template standards.
- Template‑Based Reformatting — Reformat existing materials using predefined templates (no net‑new design work).
- Digital Asset Organization — Upload, categorize, and structure assets within digital asset management systems.
- File Assessment — Locate and evaluate legacy files across shared platforms.
- Quality Control — Perform accuracy checks before final review by senior team members.
- Stakeholder Coordination — Work with marketing partners to confirm accuracy, including global variations.
- Workflow Execution — Follow structured processes to maintain consistency across high‑volume asset updates.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required; Illustrator and Photoshop helpful).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, repetitive, high‑volume environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow structured processes.
- Diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with templates or structured content systems.
- Familiarity with digital asset management workflows.
- Background in marketing production, content operations, or design support.
- Ability to navigate large file systems and maintain consistent standards.

This is a Contract position based out of Greensboro, NC.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
