Always on TikTok? Make silly little videos from time to time? Do you care about social impact and making the world a better place?
Drumbeat Labs is hiring a UGC creator (that means anyone who likes to make TikToks) to produce a batch of short-form videos for a mission-driven education campaign on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This is a contract engagement ideal for creators who can move fast, write strong hooks, and produce native-feeling content that performs live in-feed.
What you'll do
Produce 50 unique short-form videos for distribution across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You'll handle the full cycle — concepting, recording, editing, and posting — with a target of roughly 30 minutes of production time per video. Content may be boosted or whitelisted as part of paid social campaigns.
Compensation
Base pay of $500 for 50 unique videos. Performance bonuses up to $2,500 based on views.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience creating short-form content (content portfolio, brand collabs, or even a personal account that shows you understand the format — you don’t need to have worked with brands before!)
- Strong instinct for hooks and pacing — you know what makes someone stop scrolling, and you’ve shown an ability to to viral before
- Ability to deliver consistently across the engagement period
- Comfortable on camera with solid audio and lighting (phone-quality is fine; we care about the content, not the gear)
- Bonus: passion for and experience in mission-driven advocacy, nonprofit or civic work
