Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for improving the usability, design, content, and conversion rates of online and eCommerce assets. This role combines digital marketing, front-end web development, UX/UI design, multimedia production, and project coordination to support marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Web Strategy
- Improve usability, design, content, and conversion rates of websites and eCommerce platforms
- Support digital marketing strategies and online customer engagement initiatives
- Partner with marketing teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and programs
- Maintain themes, styles, and assets for email campaigns and landing pages
Website Development & Maintenance
- Develop and maintain websites and web applications
- Build fast-loading, standards-compliant front-end designs using:
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript/jQuery
- Maintain internal web platforms and ongoing enhancements
- Serve as publisher of web portals ensuring content accuracy and quality
UX/UI & Web Design
- Develop technical architecture for web portals
- Create:
- Wireframes
- Dynamic menus
- Expandable content areas
- UX prototypes
- Apply UX design patterns and modern web design techniques
- Research and implement new web technologies and tools
Multimedia & Creative Design
- Work with multimedia formats including audio and video
- Create digital and print design assets
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools including:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Premiere Pro
- After Effects
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure websites and applications meet 508 accessibility compliance standards
- Monitor outsourced vendor deliverables for compliance and quality
- Identify process improvements and recommend alternative solutions
Business Analysis & Project Coordination
- Gather business requirements and support project planning
- Conduct:
- Cost-benefit analysis
- Workflow/process analysis
- Technical feasibility analysis
- Support timelines, documentation, training, and communication plans
- Act as departmental contact for corporate initiatives and task forces
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in:

- Related field
- or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in:
- Digital media production
- Web development/support
- Internet technologies
