We’re looking for a Growth Creative Strategist to help strengthen and scale how we approach paid social creative across client accounts.
This role sits at the intersection of paid social, creative strategy, and performance marketing.
We’re looking for someone who understands how paid social creative actually drives results. Someone who can develop strong concepts, identify performance patterns, contribute to structured testing approaches, and help bring more consistency to creative iteration across accounts.
The ideal candidate has strong DTC/ecommerce paid social experience, thinks strategically about testing and optimization, and enjoys improving how creative teams and paid media teams work together. The candidate should be comfortable contributing to testing processes, documenting learnings, and helping evolve repeatable creative workflows over time.

Develop paid social creative concepts, hooks, messaging angles, and campaign ideas for DTC/ecommerce brands

Partner closely with Paid Media teams to identify testing opportunities and performance gaps

Contribute to structured creative testing plans, including hypotheses, variations, and iteration ideas

Analyze creative performance and identify trends that inform future testing

Help improve creative testing consistency and learning loops across accounts

Brief designers, editors, and creators on performance-focused creative concepts

Review creative assets and provide strategic feedback based on campaign goals and platform best practices

Collaborate with Paid Media, Creative, Social, and Account teams throughout campaign development

Maintain a steady pipeline of fresh creative ideas and iterations across multiple brands

Translate campaign data into actionable creative recommendations

Evaluate metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, engagement trends, and creative fatigue indicators

Identify opportunities to scale winning concepts or iterate on underperforming creative

Support the development of lightweight processes and documentation that improve creative operations over time

Stay current on platform trends, UGC styles, creative formats, and paid social best practices

Understand how creative needs shift across funnel stages and audience types

Explore emerging tools and AI workflows that improve creative ideation and efficiency

3–6+ years of experience in paid social creative strategy, performance marketing, or DTC growth marketing

Strong DTC/ecommerce experience is required

Experience collaborating closely with Paid Media teams on testing and optimization

Understanding of paid social creative testing and iteration workflows

Strong grasp of direct-response creative principles, hooks, messaging, and conversion-focused storytelling

Ability to identify trends and patterns in performance data

Comfortable organizing ideas, documenting learnings, and improving workflows over time
