We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Global Digital Marketing Expert to lead seasonal digital marketing initiatives across owned digital platforms, social media channels, and creator partnerships within a fast-paced global consumer brand environment.
This role will focus on architecting and executing large-scale digital marketing campaigns, driving consumer engagement, strengthening brand storytelling, and delivering best-in-class digital experiences across web, app, social, and creator ecosystems.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in digital marketing strategy, content development, social marketing, consumer engagement, analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and project leadership while thriving in a highly agile and fast-moving environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Leadership
• Lead the development and execution of seasonal digital marketing strategies across digital and social platforms
• Drive consumer engagement through branded content, creator partnerships, and digital storytelling initiatives
• Architect integrated digital campaigns focused on brand awareness, advocacy, and audience engagement
• Ensure brand, product, and seasonal messaging resonate effectively with target consumers
• Develop innovative marketing experiences across owned and creator channels
Content, Social & Consumer Engagement
• Oversee the creation and execution of digital content strategies across web, app, and social ecosystems
• Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-impact digital campaigns and consumer experiences
• Monitor emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, social platforms, and content methodologies
• Support creator marketing and influencer partnership initiatives
• Drive optimization strategies based on audience behavior and consumer insights
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Partner closely with brand, creative, digital, social, and geo teams to execute integrated campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, media, and research partners
• Influence stakeholders and working teams to align on campaign priorities and execution strategies
• Present campaign plans, business updates, and strategic recommendations to leadership teams
• Manage relationships with creative agencies, media agencies, and research partners
Analytics, Optimization & Operations
• Analyze consumer data and campaign performance metrics to improve engagement and marketing effectiveness
• Develop measurement frameworks, optimization plans, and campaign performance reporting
• Utilize strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to improve campaign execution and operational efficiency
• Manage project timelines, campaign workflows, and cross-functional deliverables in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain organized campaign planning, presentations, and execution documentation
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 8–10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Social Marketing, or Consumer Engagement roles
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital, social, or brand marketing environments
• Proven experience developing digital content and campaigns for highly visible consumer brands
• Strong project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agency relationships
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile, and ambiguous environments
• Experience interpreting consumer data and building optimization strategies
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
