The Role
We’re seeking a hands-on designer with sharp instincts, a refined aesthetic, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll work directly with our founder and creative teammates to bring new ideas to life across packaging, product mockups, and marketing assets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment and enjoys seeing their work through from idea to execution.
To be considered for this role, you must:

2) Submit a portfolio of your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Packaging Design Updates: Use Adobe Illustrator to update dielines and artwork for industrially designed product packaging.
- Coordination with other Designers: To complete certain projects you may need to coordinate with subject matter experts such as digital rendering artists in collaboration with or on behalf of the founder or the creative team.
- Founder Collaboration: Work closely with the company’s founder on various design projects, including product development tasks, early-stage mockups, and refining visual direction.
- Marketing Asset Support: Design assets for web, email, and social media, and digital ads. You will be collaborating with the marketing team to meet campaign and brand needs.
- Creative Input: Contribute visual ideas to design discussions and help push the brand forward with fresh concepts.
- Office Collaboration: Be physically present in our Portland office on a regular basis to work hands-on with the team and founder.
