JOB SUMMARY
The Global OEM Marketing team is responsible for defining the strategy, priorities and marketing programs that support co-marketing efforts with OEM partners. The team works with stakeholders internally and externally, aligning business priorities and building co-marketing strategy, elevating awareness, consideration, and demand of Client PCs powered by . This role will be responsible for supporting -led marketing plans, sales enablement, pre-launch, launch and post launch readiness and key partner marketing deliverables with .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own the day-to-day engagement with Alliance and cross functional teams on marketing plans, operations and activations.
o Collaborate and maintain annual marketing investment plan between and .
o Manage and track OEM budgets, ensuring funding guidelines stipulated under the contract and terms are executed accordingly.
o Create, update and track funding via spend analysis.
o Work effectively with alliances for process optimizations, troubleshooting, and updates.
• Define, develop and maintain processes for reviewing marketing plans alongside leads for Commercial and Consumer, tracking the plans in alignment to segment priorities, funding guidelines and compliance.
o Marketing Programs - Be a subject matter expert providing marketing and solutions support for both internal and external marketing programs. Maintain a dashboard of activities and manage marketing funds.
o Competitive Landscape – build and maintain competitive marketing landscape overview for use in aligning Marketing plan and investment focus.
o Awareness – while developing programs, marketing, and content, continually focus on awareness of the brand while driving customer acquisitions.
o Drive disciplined tracking of regional execution with KPIs tied to measurable marketing-funded outcomes
o Maintain quarterly Hero Programs initiative, including nominations, tracking, KPI reporting and rollout to internal and external stakeholders.
• Setup, negotiation and implementation of program operation processes in alignment with ’s Operation Process Work with internal teams across OEM Marketing, Legal, Finance, Marketing Ops, Sales to drive over-all marketing partner efficiency
• Put together all led sales enablement and marketing assets for both Commercial and Consumer for internal roll out and amplification
o Tracking and reporting on led assets with Stakeholders.
o Partner with sales teams to determine specific pain points and needs which can then be addressed with and
• Timeline Management: Define, create and maintain project timelines ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
