Hypersolid is scaling rapidly in the US, and we’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer who sees design as more than aesthetics, but as the bridge between technology and human experience. Design defines everything we create. It’s the feeling when someone first opens a product, the clarity of an interaction, the consistency of a brand across every touchpoint. In this role, you’ll turn ideas into experiences that don’t just work - they resonate, stand out, and leave a lasting impression.
You’ll work across a wide range of deliverables that support campaigns and activations, with a sharp eye for quality and craft. You’ll collaborate closely with the creative director, project manager, and client leads to build compelling marketing assets that drive engagement and deliver on client KPIs. Your key responsibilities
Digital Design & Craft

Create high-quality digital design work across campaigns, social, web, and interactive experiences.

Translate brand strategy and campaign toolkits into compelling visual executions for the US market.

Deliver pixel-perfect design with a strong focus on detail, typography, motion, and interaction.

Ensure consistency and excellence across all deliverables, maintaining a high bar for design quality.
Campaign & Production Execution

Support the execution of marketing activations across digital, social, and events.

Adapt global campaign assets and toolkits for local use across multiple channels.

Work within tools such as Figma and ad platforms to design, prepare, and deliver assets for production.

Create motion graphics and text animations for social and paid media placements.

Adapt existing video into social and paid ad cutdowns, including trimming, resizing, pacing, supers, and end cards.
Collaboration & Client Engagement

Collaborate with client teams and media partners to interpret briefs and refine creative output.

Present design work clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.

Contribute to a collaborative, feedback-driven team environment.
Creative Leadership & Growth

Bring ideas to the table and contribute to the overall creative direction of projects.

Your key responsibilities

3–5 years of experience in digital design, including motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing campaign and brand work.

Strong design craft across visual design, motion, and interaction design.

Experience with digital advertising production and a solid understanding of media plans and ad delivery systems.

Proficiency with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with ad platforms and production workflows.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly present and explain design decisions.

High attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Experience with luxury or premium brands is a plus.
