Contract Visual Designer
On-site, 5 days per week

Our client, an established performance-focused consumer brand is seeking a freelance Visual Designer to support the creative team on a contract basis. This role will contribute to the development and execution of digital and marketing assets across multiple channels, with occasional print work.
Responsibilities
- Design a range of creative assets including website graphics, email campaigns, social media content, digital ads, and potential print materials
- Support campaign launches, promotions, seasonal updates, and ongoing content refreshes across various channels
- Edit lifestyle and studio photography to ensure cohesive and consistent brand imagery
- Maintain alignment with brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across platforms
- Deliver production-ready files with strong attention to detail and within deadlines
- Provide design support across additional brand touchpoints as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in graphic or visual design (freelance, agency, or in-house)
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and digital execution
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within established brand guidelines while contributing fresh creative ideas
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Motion/animation experience is a plus
- Familiarity with HTML, web design, CMS platforms, or website builders is a plus
- Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and take initiative
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $35-$40 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
