About:
We are a forward-thinking B2B virtual creative agency, that is actively seeking an AM/PM for a long-term partnership. This is a part-time freelance role based on our project needs. Hours may range from 5-20 hrs per week.
In this day-to-day role, you will provide project management and account support to ensure that assigned client projects run smoothly at a premium level of service and quality. You will be a diplomat, experienced at managing sometimes challenging conversations with grace and a smile – while ensuring results.
Responsibilities:
We are a small shop, so the right person must wear many hats and have a versatile skill set.
- Participate in regular agency meetings.
- Act as the client’s point of contact. (Client-facing)
- Manage multiple projects and clients with ambiguity
- Managing all meetings and communications with clients.
- Support with budget worksheets and processes
- Help write, edit, or review project proposals and SOPs, ensuring all information, including timelines, budgets, objectives, goals, and project summaries, are clear and effective.
- Project Management - setting timelines and tasks in Click-up and ensuring projects run smoothly. This will include proactive follow-up with team members.
Qualifications and desired skills:
- Must have experience with client relationship management
- Strong project management skills with experience managing creative projects.
- Meeting and client communication management – We need someone with a background in skillfully managing productive conversations with clients about their creative marketing projects.
- Ensure meeting recordings/transcripts, emails, and Slack communications with clients are organized and easy to find.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills – exhibits empathy and care for our clients’ needs.
- Experience in conflict resolution
Bonus points:
- Previous agency experience in a similar role is preferred (advertising services)
- Have an understanding of design, branding, and content processes, practices, and requirements.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
