YupMD Social Media Manager (Contract / 1099)
We’re looking for a reliable, execution-focused Social Media Manager to run our LinkedIn presence—both for our company and our CEO’s personal account.
This is not a strategy-heavy role. We need someone who can take direction, build a consistent cadence, and own the day-to-day execution without a lot of oversight.
Scope:
- Manage company LinkedIn + CEO personal LinkedIn
- Write and schedule ~3–5 posts per week per account
- Develop simple themes and keep content consistent
- Handle posting, formatting, and light iteration based on what performs
What we care about:
- You can manage yourself and hit deadlines
- You’re organized and process-driven
- You’re comfortable writing in a CEO voice (clean, sharp, not overdone)
- You figure things out without needing constant direction
What this is not:
- Not a heavy analytics or reporting role
- Not a big team—this is a small company, you’ll own this function
Structure:
- Contract (1099)
- ~$1,000/month
- Hours are flexible—output matters more than time
